Call for Proposal

You are invited to submit an abstract for a:

  • Paper session
  • Symposium
  • Poster presentation
  • Round table session
  • Workshop
  • Campfire session

Each abstract sent in has to be related to one of the sub themes of the ATEE Winter Conference,  see homepage for extended descriptions.

Please note the following conditions for entering your Proposals:

  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the RDC’s involved for each sub-theme (see for
    details “About us”).
  • When your proposal is accepted, it is compulsory to attend the ATEE Winter
    Conference, you need to register within 2 weeks after acceptance through
    our website
  • If we receive too many approved proposals, we might consider to plan
    your proposal as a poster presentation during the conference program.
  • In the Conference Book of Abstracts only the accepted abstracts (of 250 words)
    will be published.

When Proposals are accepted, we will strongly recommended to submit a video pitch of 60 seconds, in which the author(s) pitch the main content of their presentation to warm up participants to attend the presentation. These video pitches will be shown on screens during the conference and on the conference website.

Note: After the Conference, presenters have the opportunity to submit their full papers for publication in the Conference Proceedings of the ATEE Winter Conference 2018. These Proceedings will be published in both printed and electronic forms including an ISBN-number. The intention is to publish the Proceedings of the full papers within three months after the Conference.
