Online proctoring is no longer available as a standard exam option. This site provides information about Proctorio for online proctoring which is still being used for students dealing with long-term special circumstances, as a result of which they are unable to take a test at the HU, who can submit a request to the Examination Board for taking a test via online proctoring at a location other than the HU (as a possible solution).

If you have technical problems or questions about using Proctorio, please contact Proctorio's chat support (English communication). Support is available in Chrome after installing the proctorio plug-in.
If Proctorio really can’t help you:
- In case of hardware problems, please contact the HU helpdesk 088-4816666 option 6. (Mon-Fri, 8 am-5pm) The help options are limited because your PC is not a HU device
