This PowerPoint presentation (2014) by Ilya Zitter, associate lector of Research group Vocational Education focused on how to design a blended, international hybrid learning environment. Research-based models to design learning environments in vocational education and design principles suitable for the context of ESSENCE lead to a logical architecture for the learning environment.
