Study support

Are you affected by circumstances which make it harder for you to study? And does this influence your study progress? The HU offers support, advice and arrangements if this is the case.

It must be good to know, you are not alone: 30% of all students are in positions which affect how the study and make it harder. The issues they may face are, for instance, dyslexia, AD(H)D, autism (spectrum), how to cope with academic pressure, rheumatism or depression. It may also be the case that your living situation takes up a lot of your time. You may well be doing top sports, but also if you are a carer, are coping with financial problems or if there are problems in the family. You may not feel good, have mental issues or you may be struggling with addiction; it can all result in inability to study.

On these pages you will find information on the support, advice and arrangements you can ask for. Our contact details are here as well. To start up your coaching, always contact your Study Programme’s Study Career Coach/Team Learning Coach, first.
