Lesson Observation (OTA)

At the end of each year, and thus as part of each Pedagogical Practice module, you will receive feedback on a lesson observed by your internship mentor and supervisor.

NOTE: In year 1 your mentor and supervisor are not required to give feedback together, and you are not required to teach a full lesson, a fragment, such as a lesson activity, is sufficient. Moreover, if it is not possible to teach a lesson (fragment/activity) then you can also receive feedback on an alternative interaction context, such as doing an assignment with a small group of learners.

You will receive feedback on the domains relevant to your module and level using the OTA (Observation Tool Archimedes). The OTA is a digital tool for teacher observation and reflection:
