A.L.P.E.S. (Association Lyonnaise de Promotion et d’Education Sociale) is a training and consultancy organization based in Lyon (France) with 40 years’ experience in continuing education, consultancy and support for people with basic qualifications. We’re working on key competencies, including French as à foreign language, basic digital skills and numeracy.

We base our work on strong values, including: every human being is able to change, evolve and improve; all kinds of intelligence are equal. Our training courses are tailor-made, reposing on the trainees’ experience and knowledge. Our expertise is recognized in the field of training low-skilled adults, far away from classical trainings (migrants, NEET, travellers, Roms, prisoners…), especially illiteracy people.
