IAL FVG is a VET provider established in 1955. In the past three years IAL FVG delivered VET services to an average of 10.000 users in the age bracket from 13 to 64. With more than 380 staff members, 10 training centers and an average turnover of 20 Ml EUR (2023/2024), IAL FVG is the leading organization in the regional VET field. IAL FVG is an active centre of regional and national networks connected to Research and Development and the business innovation sector. Through its training and consulting activities IAL FVG has acquired wide experience in the area of entrepreneurship. A key economical component in IAL FVG system consists in complex multi-regional and trans-national projects, where training is integrated with other types of assistance such as research, consultancy and testing of new models. IAL FVG is Lead partner member of the Effe.Pi consortium, in charge of all the youth VET activities financed by the Regional Government of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. IAL FVG is LP of the APPRENDISTI.FVG consortium which brings together 20 partners, dealing with the training of all apprentices hired with a professionalizing path, external training and pedagogical support for companies.

Senior researcher with experience in the design and management of European projects related to VET including the development of tools and training for adults and young people. Thanks to work experience abroad, she has also acquired solid skills with respect to the orchestration of European networks of training organisations and the development of European projects, in particular Erasmus +. Alessandra actively participated in the implementation of project activities and results. She engaged in the implementation of PR2 – Teaching and learning materials. She participated in the International Courses, LTTAs and supported the organization of the Multiplier Event in Italy.

International Area Coordinator and Senior Project Manager and Researcher, she has 22 years of experience in managing and coordinating complex projects at European level in the field of lifelong learning. As a member of IAL, Marianna has been involved in the definition and implementation of research and development activities for more than 30 EU-funded projects. In the project she held the role of PM involved in the general implementation of activities and results and senior researcher involved in the development of the methodological approach and PR2 products;

STEM researcher. Math teacher with 10 years experience at IAL FVG, particularly with adult students. Laura, as a teacher of adult mathematics, was involved in the implementation of PR2 – Teaching and Learning Materials. She has participated in the International Courses and LTTAs in Italy as a teacher involved in transferring NiP tools and methodology to colleagues.
