Ivan Močnik has 15 years of experience in adult education. He worked as head of self-learning center and Elementary school for adults in Maribor, Slovenia where he worked with various vulnerable groups of adults. He developed and wrote a number of European and national projects on the topic of basic skills and social integration.

Marijana Simonič has 20 years of experience with project management and implementation. She worked as manager for many EU projects. Among other things she was a Head of Project Management office at OZARA d.o.o., an enterprise specialized at work-integration of adults with disabilities, and project coordinator at Maribor Adult Education Centre. She is skilled in all aspects of project work and she understands the needs of adults regarding education, social integration etc. She was contract manager for Cross-border cooperation SI- AT in 2007-2013.
