Ask permission/ rejection and reflection
Did you find an internship or graduate position? Congratulations. Please check the procedures for asking permission at the SharePoint of Your Study.
Unfortunately, being rejected is also part of applying for a job. If this happens often, it might lead to insecurity. Below, you will find some tips to deal with that in a good way:
- Try to see rejection as an opportunity to learn.
- Always ask for the reasons why you were rejected. This is important information for a next application.
- You might not agree with the feedback, but do not get into that too much. There might be another job opening for which you might be the right candidate.
