Máxima Challenge | May 2024

Show your athletic and creative side and commit to healing children with cancer!

Sign up for the Máxima Challenge and enter the "battle" from May 8 through May 30. You will raise money for this charity together with other teams from the HU Community. There will be a festive event on May 30.

During the Máxima Challenge, you (with your team) will take as many steps as possible to raise money for the Princess Máxima Center. You can also have other sporting achievements sponsored or organise your own creative fundraiser.

Everything is converted into steps that count towards the challenge. The steps are registered in a virtual step game by Passo Vitaal.

Sporting achievements and creativity will be rewarded with fun prizes.

About the Princess Máxima Center

Here, they work to find better treatments and new prospects for cures for children with cancer. Sadly, 1 in 4 children diagnosed with this terrible disease dies.
By raising money, we help realise projects that fall outside regular healthcare coverage. And that is crucial for the well-being of the child and family during treatments, admissions and recovery. So, together we make a difference for all children with cancer.

About the challenge

During the Máxima Challenge, you will join other HU teams in a ‘battle’ for charity.
You can sign up solo. We will then assign you to a team.
Apart from this challenge, you can also make a donation.
