Empowering the next generation in sustainable energy education with students as partners!
Are you a student or part of student group working on a sustainable energy project?
This is your opportunity to engage, learn, present, and connect — at the
SEED Conference 2026, a hub for sustainable energy education, innovation, and collaboration.
Young people play a vital role in shaping the future of sustainable energy, and this track will give them a platform to present their ideas, projects, and innovations for the energy transition.
The Student Track will begin on 23 March in the late afternoon with a social and networking event, offering students the opportunity to connect with peers from different regions before the main conference opens.
Who can participate?
Students and recent graduates (class of 2024/25) from VET and higher education are warmly invited to submit proposals for:
• A presentation
• An interactive session
• A practical demonstration based on a study project
Important deadline: Proposals (300 word abstract) must be submitted by 19 January 2026 by sending an email to seedconference2026@hu.nl

What to expect at the SEED Conference 2026?
The 2026 edition will feature an inspiring and comprehensive program centered on four major themes: Energy Sector Labour Market, Innovative Energy Education, Region as Campus, and Skills for the Energy Transition.
Participant can look forward to:
