A HU mentor is a colleague who has a particular experience and/or expertise that you want and can learn from. The mentor shares his knowledge and experience with you, helps you reflect on your own actions and gain new insights. So the mentor can have different roles: sparring partner, touchstone, advisor, listening ear, and more. The mentor can help you explore new perspectives, face challenges and discover new ways to get to where you want to be.
