Onderzoekers Anne Khaled, Machiel Bouwmans (beiden lectoraat Beroepsonderwijs) en Marco Mazereeuw beantwoorden in het boekhoofdstuk ‘Pedagogic strategies at the boundary of school and work’ de vraag welke begeleidingsstrategieën begeleiders gebruiken tijdens het begeleiden van studenten in leersituaties op de grens van school en werk. Hiervoor zijn 30 begeleidingsmomenten geanalyseerd. Het continuüm van richten en empoweren wordt in dit boekhoofdstuk gepresenteerd, één van de belangrijkste resultaten van het SIA RAAK-PRO project Ruimte voor Wendbaar Vakmanschap.
Ilya Zitter (Lector Leeromgevingen in Beroepsonderwijs) is co-auteur van zowel het inleidende hoofdstuk ‘Connectivity between education and work: Theoretical Models and Insights’ als van het afsluitende hoofdstuk ‘Conclusion: On principles for connectivity’.
