Value-Creation Leadership Module – blok A-B
The Institute of International Business, Honours Program : Value Creation Leadership 1 (VCL1)
All Honours students will have to do the Value Creation Leadership 1 program in order to be able to apply for Honours Stars in their Honours journey.
There are 4 sessions in this VCL1 module carried in 4 weeks of 2 hours session per week.
The module enables you to understand the theory and apply it to yourself and also in all the Honours projects/ activities that you will be doing in the Honours program. This is a very “hands on” module where you will be working with other like minded Honours students to connect, work and build community.
Topics to be covered will include :
- Introduction to Servant Leadership
- What are the elements of a leadership style that will create value?
- Guest speaker session
- Characteristics and traits of a value creation leader
- Case Study
- Practice and Reflection of You as a leader
- Show & Tell presentation of the module
