Welke studenten en collega willen dit jaar op avontuur en onderzoek uit in de Waddenzee?
Wat ís die Waddenzee, hoe zien, horen, ruiken we het Wad, wat gebeurt er in en onder het water, op het land, in de lucht?
De kernvraag is: “Wat moeten we weten over de Waddenzee zodat we gaan ontdekken wat een gezond Wad is?”

Als je belangstelling hebt voor deelname aan het Waddenlab, stuur dan een motivatiemail voor 10 februari naar honours@hu.nl:
Denk daarbij aan:
- Waarom zou je graag mee willen op het Waddenlab?
- Wat zou jij komen brengen tijdens de reis? Welke kennis en vaardigheden die jij in huis hebt gaan bijdragen aan het doel van het Waddenlab?
- Wat zou jij komen halen tijdens de reis? Wat hoop je te leren en/of ervaren?
- Hoe zou je de kennis, inzichten en ervaringen die je opdoet tijdens het Waddenlab achteraf willen delen met de honourscommunity?
- Jouw taalvaardigheid Engels.
Which students and colleagues are ready this year to embark on an adventure and research journey into the Wadden Sea?
What is the Wadden Sea? How do we see, hear, and smell the tidal flats? What happens in and beneath the water, on the land, and in the air? The central question is: “What do we need to know about the Wadden Sea in order to discover what makes a healthy tidal flat?”

If you are interested in joining the Waddenlab, please send a motivation email by February 10 to honours@hu.nl.
In your email, reflect on the following points:
- Why would you like to take part in the Waddenlab?
- What will you contribute during the journey? Which knowledge and skills do you bring that will support the goals of the Waddenlab?
- What do you hope to gain during the journey? What would you like to learn and/or experience?
- How would you share the knowledge, insights, and experiences you acquire during the Waddenlab with the honours community afterwards?
- Your proficiency in English.
